I thoroughly enjoyed this easy yet thought-provoking book! As a psychotherapist, I often encounter my clients stuck in a self-sabotaging, destructive criticism mindset. This book identifies what this mindset looks like and offers practical ways of overcoming this. This book will be a staple in my office, and I am looking forward to sharing it with my clients!
